    10a - 6pm. You cannot book to visit Santa - it's run on a first-come first served basis.

    Please allow plenty of time as on busy days we may have to close the queue early. Santa will have a gift for children who've been good!

Santa is ready and waiting to meet all the children (and their families) over at Santa’s Grotto. It is free to enter Santa’s Grotto and well-behaved children will receive a present from Santa himself.

This year, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland introduces a new Santa’s Grotto, the largest free grotto in London – a must visit for young families in London over the holiday season. For the first time, Mrs. Claus will join the festivities, greeting visitors from the grotto balcony with waves and warm interactions.

Make sure it gets checked off your list, you could even do it twice!
