To ensure that we are able to investigate your feedback fully, please include as much detail as possible to help us look into this further. Please contact us no later than 6 weeks post event as we may not be able to assist with any feedback submitted after this timeframe.

Photography and filming at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland are only allowed for the personal, non-profit making use of amateurs and any professional equipment requires approval.

For any personal photography and filming requests, please fill out the form below at least 48 hours in advance of arriving and a member of our team will get back to you.

2025 Photography & Filming Requests

Smartphones and handheld cameras are permitted. Entrants who are keen to bring professional equipment for personal or editorial photo/video must apply for accreditation. Professional camera equipment includes but is not limited to:

  • A camera with a detachable, adjustable lens – including DSLR cameras
  • A camera with a lens of 35mm and over
  • GoPros and other action cameras
  • Tripods of any size and selfie sticks

Requests for accreditation must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to visiting.

If filming or photography is carried out without a permit/accreditation, our security and management team may request that accreditation is completed before continuing filming or take photography on site for commercial or editorial purposes. We also reserve the right to decline accreditation and ask that you dispose of your video or photos taken without permission.
